Never fails me

I stopped buying this because it's only offered online and I don't like paying for shipping. But, it never fails every single time. I try to duplicate this or find something similar to this. I just fail. This stuff is the ONLY lip balm that will take my lips from a scaly peeling skin to silky butter smooth soft. I will pay the shipping costs problem. Because there is no other out there in the market like this. Chap lips must be a Vitamin deficiency of some sort. Because these heal my lips with in hours!

Love it

Bought this once randomly from a beauty supply shop. Tried it when my lips were so chapped and irritated and it was so soothing, creamy and worked better then all the other chapsticks I own.
